This has become the most regular part of my day – taking my medicine. 😛 Everything else changes every day, it seems. I’m sure I’m confusing my neighbors, because on some days, I walk around very slowly with a crutch, and on other days, I walk around just fine, almost like I used to.

Please be praying for me today. Today is a crutch day. My back is very tense and I have a some pain in my sciatic nerves. Tonight, I will be leading worship at Koinonia, our Saturday night church service, which I love to do, so please pray that none of my health issues will interfere with that.
